Young Adult Ministry (Y.A.M.) welcomes those who are between the ages of 18-39, whether single or married, with or without children, members of Resurrection or another parish, and non-Catholics. If you consider yourself a young adult, you are encouraged to participate--there is no other criteria that will exclude you from experiencing the faith and fellowship opportunities of the group.

The group meets regularly to engage young adults in three distinct activities of faith: Faith Sharing & Discussion, Service/Volunteer Opportunities, and Social Events.

1. Faith Sharing & Group Discussions - We gather to learn more about our Catholic Faith, share our opinions & faith experiences, and ask questions.
2. Service/Volunteer Opportunities - We serve others while being thankful for the blessings we have been given
3. Social Events - We have fun together becuase we recognize the importance of building relationships and community at Resurrection Parish.

How may people attend a typical event?

It is common for 15-20 adults to attend our Faith Sharing & Group Discussion Meetings.

Will I be pressured to share my thoughts or opinions?

No one will be singled out and asked to share their thoughts in front of the group. Participation is encouraged and everyone will have the opportunity to share.

Is childcare available?

Yes! We understand how busy young parents can be, and we offer childcare at most events.
